The prospect of interstate on line poker player pool-sharing in the United States has moved one step closer, following the news that the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) has, on major, approved a multi-operator player-sharing network in the state. The Board heard that the new system, created by 888 Holdings, would link the internet poker internet sites of multiple gambling enterprises in Nevada, thus increasing player liquidity.
The network that is new initially consist of 888’s partner and market leader in Nevada, WSOP.com, and a new Treasure Island online poker room, that is currently seeking regulatory approval prior to introduce, and a 3rd separate 888 poker room.
