Housing Goals: Development of housing in Irvine is guided because of the goals, objectives and policies regarding the City’s Housing Element and Chapter 2-3 of the Zoning Code. The entire aim of the Housing Element is to provide safe and housing that is decent all economic segments of the community. The City of Irvine provides housing which range from studio apartments to large single family homes. In addition, the town’s development standards provide for affordable on the market and housing that is rental low income households requiring special needs.
Utilization of Goals: The goals for the Housing Element are implemented through Chapter 2-3 for the Zoning Ordinance.

The town of Irvine’s summer that is annual, Sizzlin’ Summer Concerts, returns to Mike Ward Community Park – Woodbridge Sundays through August 11.
The community is invited to a series of free family-friendly concerts out into the park covering many different musical tastes!
